Returns & Refunds

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days from when you or a designated third party (other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

For the return to be accepted, products must meet the following conditions:

• They must be returned in their original packaging, complete with accessories and case.
• They must not have been worn, washed, or damaged.
• The identification tag and disposable seal must still be attached to the product.

Products that do not meet these conditions cannot be refunded.

To start the return process, send an email to returns@gianlucariva.com indicating your order number. Our team will send you the prepaid shipping label (if applicable) and instructions to book the courier pickup.

For returns from Italy and the European Union, return shipping is free using our partnered courier. For non-EU returns, shipping costs and any re-entry customs duties are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Once the return is received and the integrity of the products is verified, we will process the refund within 14 business days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.), unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We do not currently offer a direct exchange service. If you wish to exchange an item for another size or color, please return the original item for a refund and proceed with a new order for the desired item.
