Shipping Policy
Complete information on times, costs, and delivery methods for our products.
1. Processing Times
Orders are processed and handed over to the courier within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Costs & Times
- Italy: Free shipping for orders over €150. For lower amounts, the cost is €10. Delivery in 24/48 business hours.
- European Union: Standard cost €15. Delivery in 3-5 business days.
- Extra EU: Cost calculated at checkout based on destination. Delivery in 5-10 business days.
3. Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number and a link to follow the shipment status in real-time on the courier's website (e.g., DHL, UPS, FedEx).
4. Duties and Customs
For shipments outside the European Union, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Gianluca Riva Milano has no control over these costs and cannot predict their amount, which varies from country to country.
5. Delivery Issues
If the courier cannot deliver the package due to the recipient's absence, a notice will be left or a second attempt will be made. In case of damaged packaging upon delivery, please accept the package "with reserve" or refuse it, and contact our customer service immediately.
