Welcome to the Gianluca Riva Milano website. Access to and use of this website, as well as the purchase of products on gianlucariva.com, imply the reading, knowledge, and acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The products offered for sale are described in the relevant product pages. However, the images and colors of the products may not fully correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used.

The order placed constitutes a contractual proposal. Receipt of the order is confirmed by the Vendor via email. The contract is concluded only when the Shipping Confirmation email is sent.

All prices are expressed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs, if any, are indicated separately. We accept payments via Credit Card, PayPal, and other methods indicated at checkout.

Shipments are made via express courier. Delivery times are indicative and not binding. The Vendor is not responsible for any delays due to force majeure or the courier.

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the products. Products must be returned intact, in their original packaging, and complete with all accessories.

Gianluca Riva Milano shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or the products sold.

All contents of the site (texts, images, logos) are the exclusive property of Gianluca Riva Milano and are protected by copyright laws.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Court of Milan.
